"We have now pleasantly used Wensink on 2 occasions. 1). Of course, our furnace went out in very cold, below zero weather. The first 2 calls I made to other "Local" companies didn't go so well: The "Local" company's website said Belgium, but they were actually located in Brookfield...Hmm...? The other local company couldn't even make an appointment for 3, 4-5+ days to troubleshoot the problem. Once I called Wensink, the phone was answered by Dave, one of the owners. I explained the furnace problem, Dave said "I'll be there in 20 minutes". He discovered it needed a new fan part, ordered it and 1-2 days later it was installed and working perfectly. The entire service call of troubleshooting, ordering parts, installing the parts was all performed before the other company would have even come to begin troubleshooting. Excellent Job Wensink! Now for the second HVAC problem: Our second floor A/C (Master Bedroom etc) went out at 4:45pm on a Friday in 80-85 degree temps and 90% Humidity. I thought, well, no comfortable sleep for the entire weekend... Called Wensink again and Josh (The owners son) answered. He was at their company's golf outing. I explained the AC just went out. His incredible response: "I'll be there in 20 minutes". I guess the fruit doesn't fall from the tree. In less than an hour, the AC was cold and working perfectly. Now that's Customer Service: 2 different service calls, both handled incredibly well. Wensink is without question, a First Class Operation! Thank you Josh and Dave."
