We are incredibly proud to recognize two teams celebrating outstanding safety achievements at ARLANXEO!

👏 Central Maintenance: 5 years without a recordable injury

👏 Therban: 27 years without a recordable injury

These achievements are especially impressive given the amount of work completed throughout the year. Our teams have safely tackled LT cleanings, numerous capital projects, trials, day-to-day activities across the site, and a significant 16-day outage.

Every safe decision matters, and our employees continue to demonstrate that safety comes first. Their attention to detail, commitment to recognizing hazards, exercising Stop Work Authority, and dedication to looking out for one another are what make milestones like these possible.

Congratulations to these teams on their incredible achievements and thank you for continuing to build a culture where everyone goes home safely every day!

🌟 What a season of giving back! 🌟

Our employees rolled up their sleeves for the Southeast Texas Food Bank through our Families Feeding Families initiative and packed an incredible 455 boxes of food for local senior citizens! 📦❤️

After all that hard work, we fired up the BBQ pit and treated our volunteers, our friends from Texas First Bank, and the amazing Southeast Texas Food Bank team to a well-earned lunch. 🍔🔥

The community fun didn't stop there! We also joined the Orange County Back to School Bash, handing out snacks and school supplies to help students kick off the new school year. 🎒✏️🍎

We're proud to be part of a community that shows up, lends a hand, and makes a difference. Thanks to everyone who volunteered and helped make these events a success!

🔥 We are thrilled the weather held off so we could participate in the 4th Annual Spindletop Showdown BBQ Cook‑Off! 🔥

The Spindletop Showdown brings together industry leaders, contractors, and safety professionals to support safety excellence and our local community. The event raises funds for the 2026 Contractor Safety Awards which recognizes and celebrates those with a culture of safety. A big thank‑you to ISTC – Industrial Safety Training Council and the Golden Triangle Business Roundtable for hosting such an outstanding event!

We are excited to share that this was our company’s first year competing, and our team showed up strong:

🏆 3rd Place — Ribs

These wins are all due to the hard work, culinary skills, and teamwork of everyone who stepped in — from planning and prepping to cooking and serving.
