Born and raised in lima Peru he moved to United states at the age of 17. After finishing 2 years of law at universidad de Lima en Peru, he came to the United Sta
tes in search of finishing his career as an attorney in 1986. After applying to many colleges and finding out no college credits applied here from south america, he started to work as a bus boy at a chinese restaurant, to able to bring his parents and 2 younger brothers to the United States. While still working as a bus boy at night Yuri, his mom and dad worked cleaning 12 floors of offices for 2 years 10 hours at night, cleaning toilets, handling garbage and janitorial duties. Yuri applied at an AT&T calling center where he was hired as a telemarketer at the very building we would clean at night, after 12 months he was promoted to supervisor and then manager of sales where he head over 100 telemarketers. After working for a phone equipment company and long distance sales he decided to open his own log distance and cell phone company out of his home which he grew from zero to 15 million dollars a year in sales in 8 years employing over 150 people with 36 offices all over the state. After selling GCS wireless in 2005 he co founded with his brother G world properties, a thriving full service real estate company which after 11 years employees close to 100 people and continues to expand thru the state. Yuri also currently operates a real estate investment company handling many investors portfolios as well as Modern homes builders , a custom construction company with focus on higher end residential and commercial construction. He recently also co founded a title company and mortgage company in central florida. Yuri is also very active in the social media space and is looking to expand his business accomplishments to advertising and social media. He is a father of 3 and married to the love of his life, his way of business is colored by his focus of work-life balance giving priority to family quaiity time while working 18 hour days monday thru friday.
