Tony always say.. the grass is always greener โฆ if you water yours .. when things get tough people never blame themselves , they blame the environment , the people around them , the systems , the market , even what has lift them up and fed them for years โฆ so the natural thing is to look for other people that are the same to convince each other and share the same negative points and stories and feel empower and they even get together with people that before did not care at all to help them, then they look for a change In The outside becasue the last thing they will admit is that the problem is themselves โฆ. We have seen in 20 years of business people do this over and over , and they start with fireworks and announcements that last 1 to 3 months , then they fade or fight with each other and the reality of building a business sets in and go back to business and realize that the problem of what they didnโt achieve was not the surroundings , was themselves , 1 year later they will see the same problems , 2 years later they check their results and is the same or much lower than before ;they also regret but they are always too proud to go back, people like these will never create anything big and something that lasts years because they jump from emotion to emotion looking for the magic pill, and the saddest thing is that the most they announce the more the whole community witness and sees their trajectory , what and where they were before , what they accomplished , what they tried and what comes next.
As always time tells all , not a month or three , but the time that takes to build something meaningful, the lesson for all my dear entrepreneurs : if you want to grow and build something big , your test is the first 1 to 3 years , in the same structure , the same sacrifice and the same consistency.. I celebrate those that make it and remain positive and focused on being the best version of themselves , GBY
