Scope of Work

- Meeting Minutes
- Construction Schedule, keeping subs and material in check to minimize construction delays.
- Sub-Contractor Coordinations
- Inspection Requests
- Project Report with Photos Weekly
- Material Purchases
- Maintain close contact with Operations Manager, Owner and other team members, making sure the entire team has a good view of progress and challenges.

**Candidate Requirements**

- Strong and Healthy, comfortable with the construction environment.
- Work on the Job office trailer
- Can handle pressure, ability to work over time
- Organized good with computer, apps and office software
- Establish good effective communication with vendor and subs
- Able to mediate situations with subs and vendors to achieve quick and effective resolutions, documenting the process.
