Old Agency Road Project — Progress Update 🏠🔨

Another big step forward on our Old Agency Road project! Zip Systems is ready for rain, Pella Windows and Doors are in. That vaulted space is really starting to take shape. Plenty more to come as we keep this project moving!

Another garage project wrapped up! 🔨

This new garage features LP WeatherLogic sheathing, quality siding, Carriage House shingles, and a clean, functional design that fits right in with the existing home.

We also added a custom access ramp with RDI railing to create an easy connection to the backyard.

Another project built with purpose, functionality, and attention to detail. 💪

Old Agency Rd Progress 🔨

Things are really starting to take shape at our Old Agency Rd project!

The foundation is complete, the walls are going up, and we’re now framing the roof. It’s always exciting seeing a project go from a concrete foundation to an actual structure.

More progress to come!

Another project moving forward! This attached garage is being framed and wrapped with LP® WeatherLogic® sheathing, providing an integrated air and water-resistive barrier designed to help protect the structure from the elements during construction and for years to come.
