Last week's project. Tore off roof, removed facia boards and replaced with new. Replaced all rotten sheathing, installed new paper and shingles. All new vents and pipe boots. Removed chimney stack. Last week we had a small dormer repair that had been leaking into home. We removed old wood siding. Installed proper step flashing, new house wrap and siding. Then cleaned it up with new metal around windows and facia. No more leaks and another happy customer. Thanks and God Bless 🙌

Roof replacement we knocked out on these hot days. Two layers tear off and replaced rotten sheathing. All new under layment, vents, pipe boots. And a quailty shingle from owens corning ( Estate Gray ) for color. Thank you and God bless 🙌

Started in on Blakesburg library finally. First stage demo all the old drywall and insulation. Fix up couple window headers that werent installed properly. Wrapped this one up last week. We've had roof done, replaced about half the houses siding from hail damage. Then got into a mess of rotten wood and replaced all that and redone the interior walls and trim as well. Back to solid and looking better than before.

Not all days go as planned, today we were doing a siding job from recent hail damage and as we were removing old siding we discovered the whole wall had been getting wet from improper flashing and install of house wrap. So we had to remove it all, cut out all the bad. Replaced with new framing and sheathing. Finsihed it back up with new house wrap and taped up to seal it! We have minor interior work to repiar on walls, some drywall and trim and she will be back to new. Back to our siding and happy customers. Thanks and God bless!
