HOH Water Technology is looking for a Class A CDL Driver/Delivery Specialist to join our team serving the Chicagoland and Southern Wisconsin area.

This isn't just a driving job. You'll play a key part in keeping our customers' operations running smoothly by delivering the water treatment chemistry they need to protect their equipment, their people, and their processes.

What you'll find here:
✅ $29–32/hr + overtime
✅ Early shift (3 AM–Noon)
✅ Home every day with local routes only
✅ Profit sharing bonus (projected 3–4 weeks of additional pay in 2026)
✅ Generous benefits: medical, dental, HSA contributions, 401K match, 15 PTO days + 16 paid holidays
✅ Company-provided truck & phone

Memorial Day is about remembrance. Today, we remember that the freedom we live in came at a cost, paid by real people, with real families, who gave their lives in service to something greater than themselves.

Let us all pause and take a moment to remember the brave service members who didn't come home. We honor the families and communities left to carry their memory forward. Memorial Day belongs to them. May we never take that lightly.

What a weekend! 😎

From near and far, Team HOH came together for the World Vision Global 6K for Water, and WOW, did you all show up.

514 people laced up and moved for a purpose greater than themselves to help bring life-changing clean water and fullness to children and communities around the world. But it didn't stop at just showing up. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our team and community, we didn't just reach 514 lives. We impacted 695 lives total. 🧡💙

That's the power of people coming together to make an impact. Thank you to every runner, walker, donor, volunteer, and host who opened their home or neighborhood to bring people together for this event.

HOH Water Technology has been family-owned and serving our community for 58 years. The work our team does in Palatine ripples out further than most people realize: into food production, hospitals, schools, manufacturing plants, and the everyday businesses that make our neighborhoods run. 🚨 We're looking for a Compounder / Batch Maker to join our production team. No late nights, no weekends...just steady, meaningful work Mon through Fri, 6:30am to 2:30pm, alongside people who genuinely care about each other and the customers we serve.

This past Friday was bittersweet. We celebrated the retirement of someone who has been part of the HOH family for over 32 years. 🎉

Terry started with us as a Water Quality Technician in 1994 and never stopped growing. Whether it was field service members, fellow HOH employees, or brand-new hires finding their footing, Terry showed up with patience, expertise, and heart. He brought something rare to every room he walked into: a genuine love of teaching, and deep pride in the work. That's a legacy that doesn't retire.

Today, as the reality of his absence starts to settle in, we want to make sure Terry knows just how deeply he's appreciated. Terry, we hope today finds you outside soaking up this gorgeous Spring weather, doing absolutely nothing work-related. You've more than earned it. ☀️

Thank you for 30 years of dedication, mentorship, and showing all of us what it means to care about the work. We're going to miss you more than words can say. 💙

It's easy to spotlight the visionaries. But let's talk about the people who make sure the vision actually happens.

Admins.

They're the ones who keep the calendar intact, make sure no critical email falls through the cracks, prep the room before the meeting, and somehow know exactly where everything is...including the answer to a question you didn't know you had.

They don't just support the work. They hold the infrastructure of the work together. The scheduling, the follow-through, the flow of information, the small decisions that prevent big problems.
