Another one moving in Marianna. 👷‍♂️🏗️

We’re grateful to Emerald Coast Site Construction for the opportunity to be part of the work at Wynn Park, handling sidewalks, ditch paving, and curb work.

It’s always a good feeling to get boots on the ground, move some concrete, and help push a project forward the right way. We appreciate the trust, the partnership, and the opportunity to keep building across the Panhandle.

Good work. Good people. Good projects.

We’ll take it.

We had some future contractors on site at the Academy of Eye Care, Group HH project, making sure the concrete got the proper finishing touch. Nothing says “quality control” quite like tiny handprints and kids who were apparently more excited about concrete than most grown men are about a new truck.

Pretty cool getting to build projects in our community and make a few memories along the way.

That’s a wrap on Group BB. 🔨🏁

We’re finishing up the final project in the Group BB Hometown Revitalization Program at All-Pro Solar, and this one feels good.
From the first walkthrough to the final punch, this project took coordination, craftsmanship, and a whole lot of people doing their part. Huge thank you to The Glass Center, Lawn Trust, Gulf Coast Carpentry, Commander Electric, NSC Plumbing and Duncan Signs for helping us bring this one across the finish line.
Proud of the work. Proud of the partnerships. Proud to play a small part in improving and investing in our hometown.

Another project completed. Another box checked.
Now we reload and go build the next one. 🏗️🔥

🏦 THE VAULT | 90% COMPLETE 🔨
We’re getting close!
The Vault is officially about 90% complete, and today was another big milestone with the new asphalt parking lot going down. There’s something about fresh asphalt that makes a project suddenly look like it’s ready to open the doors. 😎
It’s been awesome watching this project come together from the early stages to where it stands today. We’ve still got some finishing touches, punch work, and details to knock out, but the finish line is officially in sight.

Proud of our TKVandy team, our subcontractors, and everyone who has had a hand in bringing The Vault to life.

Next stop: 100%. 🔨🏦

🏗️ PROJECT UPDATE | PCMI Hometown Revitalization Project
Things are taking shape at the Panama City Marine Institute!
What started on paper as a value-engineered solution is now standing tall in the field. Our team at TKVandy General Construction & Roofing is moving right along on the reconstruction of the two-story bayside porch, and the new wood-framed structure is looking GOOD. 🔨Great Job! Matthew Eanes and his team for their dedication and craftsmanship!
This project has involved everything from demolition and new concrete foundations to structural framing, decking, stairs, railings, roofing, windows, doors, electrical work, and final finishes. There’s still work ahead, but we’re proud of the progress and even prouder of the crew putting it together.

🏗️ BIG PROJECT. BIG RESPONSIBILITY.

We finally had our Pre-Construction Meeting for the Bay County Government Center Rotunda Renovation, and I’m excited to officially get this project underway.

I’m extremely honored that TKVandy was selected by Bay County to take on this renovation. 26-45 Notice of Award.pdf

This is a high-profile project right here in the heart of our community, and we understand the responsibility that comes with it. When you’re trusted to work on a facility that represents Bay County and serves the people who live here, you want to make sure you do it right.

We’ve built TKVandy one project, one relationship, and one opportunity at a time, and getting the chance to put our name on projects like this means a lot to me and our entire team.

We’re looking forward to working alongside Bay County, the design professionals, our subcontractors, and project partners to deliver something everyone involved can be proud of.

Pre-con is done. Now it’s time to go build. 💪🏗️
