Another major milestone pour at Tampa & Sherman Apartments🚨

Our team quickly moved into foundation work, followed by underground plumbing, electrical installations and vertical concrete construction. Thanks to great coordination across the team, we then kept the project moving by completing the concrete slab before now reaching the structural concrete podium in just about four months.

This stage is so important because it provides the structural support needed, creating a strong base for what’s to come.

We’re excited to announce our latest project in the works, Colorado Grand Oaks!

This upcoming six-story housing project will include 214 affordable homes, with a mix of 98 one-bedroom, 57 two-bedroom, and 59 three-bedroom units, along with 109 at-grade parking spaces. With welcoming living spaces, outdoor courtyards, a community garden, and on-site amenities, this project is all about creating a place residents can feel at home 🫶

We’re currently in the demolition phase, laying the groundwork as we prepare to bring this to life. Stay tuned as it takes shape!

Earlier this week, we were busy placing concrete at our Tampa & Sherman Apartments project.

This larger-scale project continues to see exciting progress as we work toward an anticipated completion in Spring 2028.

We’re always so grateful for the partners who help bring these projects to life, but a special thank you to Holliday Rock for providing 600 yards of concrete for the slab-on-grade pour! 🤝
