Build America Buy America Self-Certification List for the Broadband Equity Access and Deployment (BEAD) Program
Overview:
Manufacturers that have invested in the domestic manufacturing of equipment – in order to comply with the Build America Buy America (BABA) preference for the Broadband Equity
Access and Deployment (BEAD) Program – are concerned that they will be undercut by
companies falsely claiming BABA compliance. In order to address such concerns, the
Department of Commerce is publishing and maintaining this list of manufacturers where an officer of the company has certified that certain company equipment meets the domestic manufacturing requirements listed in the BABA waiver for the BEAD Program.1
