They introduced the world to sunsets so extraordinary they earned the name Million Dollar Sunsets.

This was never just a station.

There are homes that mean more than the walls around them. This one has been the center of a family’s life for decades.

As the homeowner began to face mobility challenges, she could only enjoy one floor of her beloved three-story home. Rather than rebuild or relocate, we worked with her family to design a private elevator that restored full access to every level she once moved through with ease.

Her family shared this photo with us—the very first ride, complete with a smile that says everything.

Thoughtful design can transform more than a space. It can restore freedom, independence, and the ability to keep living in the place you love most.
