Creation has closed on the recapitalization of East Stetson, Sites A and B. We’re grateful to our lenders and partners for making this transaction a reality.

El Camino, a restaurant in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, is part of Creation's growing portfolio of hospitality investments. It's known for smash burgers, cold drinks, and a laid-back spot to unwind, with the kitchen open until midnight.

Creation develops, operates, and partners in some of the most successful hospitality concepts in the country, and El Camino is a great example of that approach in action.

Construction is moving forward at The Loop, Creation’s Class-A industrial development at Loop 101 and East Princess Drive, developed in partnership with PGIM Real Estate. Four buildings totaling just over 267,000 square feet are taking shape, built for showroom, light manufacturing, and distribution users in one of the Valley’s tightest industrial submarkets.

Triad 820’s north building, Building C, has sold to Texas Counter Fitters. The building sits at just over 46,000 square feet.

Most developers stay on one path, either developing to lease or developing to sell to users. Creation, along with partner Crow Holdings Capital, has the flexibility to do both, offering businesses the option to lease or buy outright at Triad 820. That kind of flexibility isn’t common, and it’s part of what makes this project stand out in the market.

Thunderbird Commerce Park sits on 18 acres next to Scottsdale Airport, right in the middle of one of the tightest industrial markets in the Phoenix metro. What used to be open land is now 243,360 square feet of Class A logistics space, ready for to aerospace, semiconductor, EV and pharmaceutical tenants to move in.
