To our customers in need of assistance this coming heating season PLEASE BE AWARE of deadlines for applications!
Generation PowerCT has opened their first round of applications. To learn more or to apply visit gpct.org They are only accepting applications until September 15th and then the program will close for applications until December 1st.
Also, if you are a customer who qualifies for the HRA Heating Assistance Program, now is the time to call and schedule your appointment. If you are Plymouth resident in need of assistance you can call Karin Grunwald at the Human Services Department located within the Town Hall. Alternately you can reach directly out to make an appointment at the Bristol HRA Location which shares a parking lot with Beacon Pharmacy in Bristol. You can apply at either location but an appointment is required so be sure to call now!

Plymouth Oil Service OFFICE will be closed on Friday August 14, 2026. However, technicians will remain working. If you have a heat EMERGENCY, please follow the alternate contact information on the office line message. Routine calls will be returned Monday. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy your weekend!
Budget customers, the deadline to re-enroll in this years budget pay plan is nearing. Be sure to complete your re-enrollment form and return it to the office BEFORE August 15th.

If you are an EXISTING Plymouth Oil Service automatic delivery oil pre-buy customer WE HAVE OPENED UP this seasons OIL PRE-BUY OPTION as of today! We will be sending notifications out via email if you have provided the office with an email address. If you wish to have it mailed to your home directly, please contact the office at 860-283-6651. At this time we would like to let our customers know, starting today, our office area is closed to the public until Monday August 3rd. We will still be working and can be reached by phone for oil orders or job questions. As many of your know we are a family owned and operated company and Jessica, who plays many roles within our company, will be going in for a medical procedure Tuesday the 28th. Closing the office is our way of limiting any unnecessary exposure to germs prior to and immediately following surgery. If you need to make a payment, please feel free to mail it or we have a drop box attached to our building. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding and will welcome the visits once again once she is well on her way to recovery.
