Many of our customers have inquired as to why we had ​suspended posting our pricing online. The reason is that over the past few months, the petroleum industry has been subject to the volatility of the GLOBAL STOCK MARKET. What that means is for us, pricing can change multiple times throughout a single day. We found that frequent online updates were creating more confusion than clarity for our customers.

In an effort to simplify the process for you, we had decided to manage these rapid fluctuations internally rather than posting them publicly. We remain committed to providing our customers with the most accurate and up-to-date pricing available at the time of your inquiry.
With that in mind, we are equally committed to providing our customers with the best possible oil pre-buy and budget plans. Trust the professionals who have been working in this industry for over 50 years and be patient. We will reach out to our regularly enrolled customers and our newly established auto-delivery customers as soon as our options become available.

Who else LOVES this idea as much as we do? Calling all fellow gardeners, please consider helping the Plymouth Community Food Pantry out by growing an extra row of vegetables in your garden to donate to the Food Pantry as the plants produce. Even better, allow your children or grandchildren to get involved so they learn to love growing their own food while at the same time learn to help others out!

We have received a high volume of calls from our automatic delivery customers regarding recent 100-gallon deliveries. We would like to clarify that these smaller deliveries are not due to an oil supply shortage.

Given the high cost of oil over the past month, we chose to limit deliveries to 100 gallons rather than a full tank to help our customers avoid exceptionally high bills. We decided not to skip deliveries entirely because weather in March and April can be unpredictable, and we wanted to ensure everyone remained warm during recent cold spells.

Our goal is to prioritize our customers' needs by providing a balance between consistent service and manageable costs. We hope that this clears up any questions.
