🌧️ A Quick Storm Reminder from Haucke Plumbing & Heating 💧⚡

With the heavy rain, flooding and power outages in our area this morning, please stay safe and keep an eye on your home.

💧 Check your sump pump and basement for rising water.
⚡ If the power is out, remember your sump pump may not be running.
🚫 Never enter standing water near electrical equipment or outlets.
⚠️ Stay at least 25 feet away from any downed power lines and always assume they are energized.

And once the storm passes, take a few minutes to check everything again. Look over your sump pump, drains, water heater and other plumbing or mechanical equipment for anything that may have been affected by water.

Sometimes problems don’t show themselves until after the rain stops.

What a crazy night to say the least. After last week a 15th place finish it never felt like I had rear tires under me. After lots of texting with Ray from ERS I pulled the pullbar out and found the pullbar was never set even though the builder told me it was. So glad we found that because the car was a rocket all night. Heat I checked out by a lot and never looked back and the feature led a good chunk of laps but after many restarts I slipped to 3rd behind two very fast cars. Was still right with them for a bit chased back down one of the best in the area.

Huge thanks to Ray from Engineered Racing Solutions he has been a life saver this season answering all my questions and his knowledge to get this program starting in the right direction.

🍫 Happy World Chocolate Day!

Chocolate is great for celebrating… but not so great for your drain.

Even though chocolate melts when it’s warm, it contains fats, sugar, and dairy that can cool, thicken, and stick inside your pipes. Over time, that sweet treat can turn into a not-so-sweet clog — especially when mixed with grease, food scraps, or coffee grounds.

Plumber tip: Scrape chocolate into the trash first, then rinse any small residue with hot water and dish soap.

Chocolate belongs in your mouth, not your drain. 😉

🧀💙 The Cheese Capital Parade was a SUCCESS! 💙🧀

What a fantastic day celebrating our amazing community at the Plymouth Cheese Capital Festival Parade!

A huge THANK YOU to our team who walked with Haucke Plumbing & Heating. To those who waved from the sidelines, grabbed a water, can koozie or ice pop and shared a smile along the route. We loved seeing so many familiar faces!

💜World Elder Abuse Awareness Hygiene Product Campaign was a success!

Thank you to everyone who donated and helped support this important cause. All collected hygiene products are being donated to Sheboygan Adult Protective Services through the ADRC to help local older adults in need.

Small acts of kindness can make a big difference in someone’s dignity, comfort, and safety. We are grateful to be part of a community that shows up for others. 💜
