Successful and fun Manitowoc factory training. Learned a ton of information and got to see all the manufacturing processes. Wouldn't let me take pics inside the factory lol. Cool little town lots of great restaurants and scenery. Plan to send a couple techs each year. Always learning in this field that's one thing we all love about this industry.

Fire damage non hvac related , equipment was still good , impressive to deform venting though . Many may have chose to replace just because the word fire. Repaired venting and any associated damage verified operation. Passed all tests easy repair, minimal cost.

Here was a new one , improper harvest temp on Hoshizaki ice machine pretty hard to drop ice at 32° , solenoid and check...

Here was a new one , improper harvest temp on Hoshizaki ice machine pretty hard to drop ice at 32° , solenoid and check Valve was good . After repair 46° in harvest good to go .
