While helping them with some of their heat transfer needs, Heidi made a “Lotus” drink that was fruity, caffeinated, and didn’t make me crash later. ✌️ Two kinds of gas leaks, but this is the more serious kind. Too many frijoles last night won’t involve your business’ insurance company. If you smell or suspect a gas leak, turn it off until the problem can be remedied.

“Take your coat off and stay a while”

If your air-cooled equipment keeps it’s jacket of debris on indoors it unfortunately can’t sweat to cool down and will run inefficiently, overheat, and eventually won’t be able to work for you anymore without a major repair. Grab a coil brush, foaming condenser spray, and a shop vac or give Rawls Mechanical a call to clean your coils for you!

If your door gaskets are cracked or torn your system might be working harder/longer than it should. These rubber pieces often have a magnet in them that help hold the door closed and seal the box from the heat without. If you need new door gaskets give Rawls Mechanical a call!
