Today I'm celebrating another trip around the sun, and this birthday is a little more special than the rest.

This year I get to celebrate with my amazing wife and our new little guy, and I couldn't be more grateful. Family has always been my biggest motivation, and it's a big part of why I work so hard every day.

Thank you to everyone who's supported Rouer Construction & Development this past year. I'm looking forward to another year of building great projects, helping great clients, and making more memories.

This remodel features a new vanity with a quartz countertop, updated plumbing fixtures, a custom tiled tub surround with a recessed niche, fresh paint, and clean, modern finishes throughout.

It's amazing what a well-planned remodel can do in a smaller space. Another project completed and another happy homeowner.

A permit helps ensure your project is built to current code, inspected by the local building department, and properly documented. It also protects homeowners when it comes time to sell or insure the property.

If a contractor suggests skipping the permit to save time or money, it's worth asking why.

Doing the job right is always the better investment.

Another project moving forward.

We just submitted the permit application for this detached garage, which will give the homeowner a dedicated place to store their boat and keep it protected from the Florida weather.

A lot happens before construction begins, and getting the plans and permitting right is an important part of the process.

Looking forward to getting this one approved so we can start building.
