Site work continues at Wyatts Ridge, and COA Barrett is supporting the project by completing individual lot site plans as development moves forward.

From overall site development to the details of individual lots, careful planning and coordination help create the foundation for what's to come.

It's exciting to watch a development progress from earthwork and infrastructure toward the homes that will eventually fill the community.

Progress is taking shape at Armory Towns!

Our team has been busy supporting this 9-unit townhome community on Armory Road as construction moves forward.

Recent milestones include:
• Site work and paving underway
• Stakeout work in progress
• Individual townhome site plans approved by Inspections & Permits

This latest drone video offers a unique perspective of the project and the progress being made on site. It's always rewarding to see the plans transition from paper to reality.

A meaningful addition is coming to Saint John’s Roman Catholic Church. 🙏

COA Barrett is proud to support the construction of the new Chapel of Adoration—a dedicated space designed to provide parishioners with a place for prayer, reflection, and worship around the clock.

The project will also include enhanced landscaping, improved site connectivity, a revitalized parking area, and a new monument statue.

Recently, our team traded job sites and project meetings for picnic tables, pickleball courts, and a well-deserved afternoon together.

This year's annual summer picnic was extra special as we introduced our very first COA Barrett Pickleball Tournament.

A special thank you to Aggro Joe and his wife for joining us to share their expertise and help make the tournament such a success.

Of course, no company picnic is complete without great food. Huge thanks to Jaime and the team at Adams Ribs for pulling everything together on short notice after we postponed the event due to July's record-breaking heat. The food was outstanding, as always!

Most importantly, thank you to our leadership team for making events like this a priority. These gatherings are about more than stepping away from work for an afternoon; they're an investment in our people. They give us the opportunity to strengthen relationships, celebrate our team, and recognize the hard work that goes into serving our clients every day.

We're halfway through our Summer 2026 Internship Program, and it's been exciting to watch our interns grow over the past five weeks!

Since joining the COA Barrett team, they've embraced every opportunity to learn, ask questions, and contribute to real projects alongside our experienced professionals. They've been eager to expand their knowledge, take on new challenges, and even pursue independent learning outside of their day-to-day assignments.

So far, our interns have gained experience in:
• Civil 3D drafting
• Civil site engineering
• Zoning and property research
• Professional development and workplace skills

They're also looking forward to diving deeper into:
• Advanced Civil 3D
• Microsoft Office skills
• On-site field experience
• Land development
• Stormwater management
• Sediment & erosion control
• Hydrology

We're proud to support the next generation of engineers by providing meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that help bridge the gap between the classroom and the workplace.
