SNEAK PEEK 👀🪶- Check out the latest development at the Warm Springs Health & Wellness Center project - the TeePee Facade is coming together! We think it's going to be pretty iconic. Inside this portion of the structure will be space for conferencing/education, and traditional healing.

"...GOING BACK TO THE TAXPAYERS..." - Not a phrase you see often these days. To do so well with a project budget that we return unused contingency to the client—is not uncommon for us. To learn that the unused contingency from our successful project on this historic school of Camp Sherman, was RETURNED TO THE TAXPAYERS of Camp Sherman - was a moment of pride for us.

IF YOU'VE MADE THE TREK through Madras over the past couple years, you've likely been past our special project: the Jefferson Co. Fire & EMS Station. We had a blast partnering with our local firefighters and chiefs for the addition, renovation, and seismic strengthening to their station. The project consisted of 8,800sf of seismic upgrades, 3,800sf of interior renovations, a 6,500sf building addition as well as many exterior modifications and new work. Construction took place while keeping the station fully-operational- which is no small feat for a station of this size. Additionally, through our value engineering efforts during pre-construction we helped the county conserve about $590K in savings while also helping them gain about 400sf of space to the building. This project would not have been as successful without the support of our architectural and engineering partners: 🚒 🔥
