We wrapped up our leadership development program yesterday with our second workshop focused on the Seven Essential Leadership Principles!

Over the course of the program, members of our team had the opportunity to build on their leadership skills through workshops, assessments, coaching, mentorship and hands-on development—all designed to encourage continued professional growth within our organization.

A special thank you to Collin George and Luke Carter, Managing Partners at Talent Matters LLC, for leading both workshops, sharing their insight and creating such a valuable experience for our team.

And thank you to everyone who participated and invested their time in becoming stronger leaders. We’re excited to see how our team puts what they’ve learned into practice!
