Great day on the course at the 2026 NAIOP Raleigh Durham Golf Tournament at Prestonwood Country Club! ⛳️

A newly completed 12,100 SF office renovation for Tri Pointe Homes in Raleigh, NC.

Tri Pointe Homes, a nationally recognized homebuilder, partnered with Brookwood Construction to deliver a refreshed workplace environment designed to support their growing team and daily operations.

The project included a full interior upfit featuring:
- Updated offices
- Conference rooms
- Collaborative workspaces
- Game room
- Break areas

Vinny joined Brookwood in 2011 and is a proven leader in the field, known for delivering high-quality projects across a wide range of commercial sectors. His hands-on approach, strong leadership, and ability to build lasting client relationships make him a key driver of project success and an essential part of our team.

Curtis joined Brookwood in 2013 and brings a strong track record of successfully delivering projects ranging from hospitality to corporate and community spaces. Known for his leadership and commitment to excellence, he consistently goes above and beyond to support both clients and teammates.

Yesterday, Brookwood’s team came together for our annual town hall at 1000 Social.

We kicked things off with a safety presentation from Horace Dozier Jr. with Paragon Safety—and the results speak for themselves:
• Brookwood is #1 among all general contractors within Paragon Safety
• Brookwood ranked 3rd out of 43 companies under Paragon Safety

From there, we celebrated key milestones, promotions, anniversaries, and birthdays across the company—recognizing the people who continue to drive our success forward.

We wrapped up the day with a little competition: seeing who could take down Heath Slabach, former world champion in cup stacking (not an easy task).
