This candidate would preferably have asphalt experience and be willing to work night or day shift. Willing to train the right driver. Candidates with night shift availability will receive priority. Night shift also will be compensated with an hourly shift differential.

Mazz & Russell Trucking Inc. is looking for candidates for our driver training program going into the 2025 season.

Qualified candidates must:
* Be 21 years of age
* Have clean driving record
* Be able to work night shift (compensated with shift differential pay)
* Be willing to drive a 6-axle straight dump truck
* Be willing to attend a company-paid CDL Training course and obtain a class A CDL with Manual endorsement.
* Have a willingness to learn how to operate a dump truck safely. Tasks include but not limited to: paving, milling, and dumping aggregate on job sites.
