Zeisler Construction is looking for an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team!

We’re looking for a dependable, skilled operator with strong heavy equipment experience and a background in underground water/sewer construction.

What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of heavy equipment operating experience required
• Strong excavator operating experience
• Experience with water & sewer utility construction
• Experience with excavation, trenching, grading & underground construction
• Ability to read construction plans, specifications & elevations
• Safety-conscious, dependable & hardworking
• Able to work independently and as part of a crew
• Valid driver’s license
• Previous foreman or superintendent experience is a plus

What You’ll Do:
• Operate excavators and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform excavation, trenching, grading and backfilling
• Assist with water and sewer utility installation
• Complete daily equipment inspections
• Work alongside our superintendents, foremen and crew to keep projects moving safely and efficiently

🔨 This is an experienced operator position. A minimum of 5 years of heavy equipment operating experience is required.
