25 years of dedication, growth, and teamwork — congratulations to Daniel on this incredible milestone at Seals Eastern!
Daniel started his journey on 3rd shift as a press operator before moving into a finishing operator role, becoming a lead in finishing, and now serving as Downstream Supervisor. His career path is a true example of the opportunities to grow and advance at Seals Eastern through hard work and commitment.
One of Daniel’s favorite parts of the job is working with his hands and staying involved on the production floor, rather than sitting behind a desk. He also values the team atmosphere at Seals Eastern, especially the shared success from earning bonuses together by hitting RPE goals.
Outside of work, Daniel has been married to his wife for nearly 15 years — and fun fact, the two originally met while working at Seals Eastern! Together they have two teenage boys, ages 13 and 14. In his free time, Daniel enjoys watching and playing all types of sports.
