Progress at The Pelham is moving forward at a great pace. Following up on our structural framing stage, the building is now fully sheathed, the roofline is secure, and those striking black-framed windows are officially going in. Seeing the architectural vision for this modern downtown Dexter development come together with the balcony decks now taking shape is exactly what we envisioned.

Our trades are keeping the momentum strong as we transition toward the next phase of interior and exterior finishes. Big things are on the horizon for modern living in Dexter!

From the ground up to the Grand Opening! 🏎️✨

The Bloom General Contracting team was thrilled to attend the grand opening celebration for the new Skalnek Ford dealership recently, marking the official completion of this incredible project. We are incredibly proud to have led the ground-up construction of this massive, 52,096 sq. ft. facility. Built on a 10.48-acre site, the state-of-the-art development is fully equipped to deliver a modern automotive experience, complete with a premium sales and showroom area, a full service department, a collision center, and an integrated drive-through car wash.

During the build, our team seamlessly adapted to incorporate the newly rolled-out Ford Image Program design elements mid-construction, ensuring the final dealership meets the highest modern brand standards. Exciting news for the Waterford community! Bloom General Contracting is proud to partner with Studio Detroit to build the new Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet.

Located on the former Summit Place Mall site, this $20 million investment features a state-of-the-art 70,000-square-foot design. We are set to break ground this summer, bringing a modern glass façade and inviting customer spaces to North Telegraph Road.

We're honored to help build this incredible space for the Lunghamer family and the future of Waterford.
