From rendering to reality! The Pelham Dexter Phase 1 building continues to progress nicely, with masonry now sitting at 80% complete and two more units recently selling in August. With incredible riverfront views, we are thrilled to officially enter the finish stage of construction.

We are thrilled to announce that Bloom General Contracting has officially broken ground on Phase 1 of a massive 60-acre site development project just south of Jackson, Michigan!

Site work is already well underway for this expansive multi-use development, which kicks off with a brand-new gas station and a state-of-the-art Chrysler dealership. Our team is proud to lay the groundwork for Jackson's continued commercial growth.

The exterior transformation is officially underway in downtown Dexter as masonry work kicks into high gear. Watching the red brick cladding go up alongside those sharp window frames is bringing the full architectural character of this project into focus.

Our crews are moving fast to get the exterior fully wrapped while work continues inside. Brick by brick, the vision for modern living in Dexter is coming together!

We are up on the roof at The Pelham Dexter, and the views of downtown are coming together perfectly. Looking out over the water and watching the progress of the surrounding streetscape and roundabout from this vantage point makes it easy to see how incredible this location is going to be for its future residents.

With exterior milestones moving along smoothly, the team is gearing up to head inside and kick off the drywall phase next. The momentum is strong as we transition to the interior!

One of the largest dealerships in the state is coming soon to Waterford, MI. 🏁

Bloom General Contracting is gearing up to break ground on the all-new Lunghamer Chevrolet. Clocking in at 74,156 Sq Ft on over 14 project acres, this build will be a premier flagship facility and one of the first new Chevrolet image program completions in Michigan.

We are proud to bring this massive vision to life in partnership with the team at Studio Detroit. With 34 service bays and dedicated quick-lube tracks, this site is engineered for serious volume.
