Service Providers of both Carpet Cleaning and Emergency Restoration in Central Oregon Summit Cleaning and Restoration was founded in Stayton, Oregon in 1978.

It was originally a small carpet cleaning service. When the owner decided to retire, Brian and Angie Harper purchased the business and went on to expand the company adding restoration services, and later adding a full emergency response and mitigation division. What started with two carpet-cleaning vans and a couple employees, has now grown to more than 50 vehicles, two Oregon locations, and more

than 80 team members. From the the beginning of this growth journey, our owner has always said, and continues to remind us- "I don't care about being the biggest, I just want us to be the best". The Summit team has really rallied behind that, with an intense desire to be our customer's first and best choice for both emergency restoration and facility services. We approach our work as a "People Business" that happens to be in the restoration industry. The work is cleaning and construction, but the driving purpose is impacting people's lives.

When we say we go the extra mile, this is exactly what we mean.

After entering the crawlspace of a home, our team discovered that much of the insulation and HVAC ductwork had been affected. With temperatures soaring, we knew our clients couldn't afford to be without air conditioning.

Our team immediately coordinated multiple crews to detach, restore, and reset the ductwork the very same day, minimizing downtime and keeping the home comfortable for the tenants.

It's about more than restoring property. It's about taking care of people, supporting the property management companies that trust us, and delivering the level of service our community deserves.

When others were celebrating the Fourth of July, our team was answering the call.

On Saturday, July 4 at 8:00 PM, Branden, Devin, and Quinton headed to Redmond after being contacted by a third party board up company to help secure two damaged properties.

Emergency situations don’t wait for business hours or holidays, and neither do we. We’re proud of our team’s commitment to showing up when our communities need us most, helping protect homes and businesses from further damage.

Another incredible transformation by our team! 👏

Our Project Manager, Devin, recently wrapped up this beautiful bathroom renovation, taking it from outdated and worn to clean, modern, and built for everyday comfort.

In addition to the fresh new look, we incorporated several ADA accessibility features to make the space safer, more functional, and easier to navigate, helping our customer enjoy their home with greater confidence and independence.

At Summit, we believe every project should not only look amazing but also improve the way our customers live. Great work, Devin, on another job well done!

Another project wrapped up and another customer one step closer to feeling at home again. 👏

Madison and Quinten were hard at work at the Abbott House, Unit 3, carefully moving all of the furniture back into place after we completed the repairs. It’s the final details that make all the difference, and our team takes pride in leaving every space ready for our customers to enjoy again.
