This is the last time I'll say this about 2028.

If you want to be in your home by summer 2028, the design agreement has to be signed in the next few weeks. Not because I'm running a sale. Because the calendar is the calendar.

After that we're having a 2029 conversation. That's a fine conversation — it's just a different one.

You've been thinking about this house for years. The thinking part is over. Either it starts this fall or it doesn't.

Framing in the winter is fine. Concrete in the winter never works out well. Heading into framing? Get windows ordered, get the roof scheduled and get it dried in. Mother Nature doesn't wait on us.
