Throwback Thursday to seven years ago, our Brothers were hard at work installing the HVACR system in a new senior living facility, keeping residents cool and comfortable from day one. A couple of them are enjoying retirement now.

Brothers Ron, Eric, Austyn, and Jacob are installing the roof decking on our new training center addition. This project brings us closer to a larger space dedicated to hands-on learning and growth.

Congratulations to Brother Rob for earning Apprentice of the Year, and to Brothers Brandon, Josh, Jacob, and Monroe for earning Head of the Class—your dedication this school year is truly outstanding. For all of their hard work they each received Milwaukee tool bags filled with Milwaukee tools.

Great progress at our training center addition: the floor has been poured, and steel is already erected. Our Members, working for Sterling Commercial Roofing, are now installing the steel decking to keep the project moving forward. More updates to come.

A great turnout at last nights Union meeting—members stayed informed, connected, and energized about upcoming work, while sharing a nice dinner and genuine camaraderie. Together, we’re building a stronger, more united union that supports every Member’s voice and future.
