Our 2nd year apprentices are getting hands-on training in the complete furnace installation process—from field measuring and shop fabrication to installation and startup. 🔧🔥 This is Union apprenticeship training at its finest, giving our apprentices the skills and craftsmanship needed to do the job right from start to finish.

Throwback Thursday to the early days of the COVID era, when our Members were getting to work installing HVACR on one of the first hyperscale data centers in our area. A lot has changed since then, but the skill, craftsmanship, and dedication of our Members remain the same—building the future one project at a time!

After a couple months off, our Apprentices are back in our Training Center and ready to kick off another year of learning, growing, and building their future in the skilled trades. No college debt. Pre-Apprentice Dylan is getting invaluable hands-on training alongside Shop Foreman Derek, fabricating materials that our Members will install on the job site. This real-world experience is helping Dylan build the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to become a great Union sheet metal worker.

There’s something special about seeing our Brothers sitting around at lunch, sharing stories, laughing and enjoying the kind of camaraderie that makes our trade great. It’s a reminder of something we used to see a lot more of on the job sites—good conversation, good laughs, and Brothers and Sisters simply enjoying each other’s company on the job site.
