Good morning Parallax Community,

We’re back! After being closed for a full week of migrating our entire business software, our new website is open for business again at parallax.com.

Our goal wasn’t simply to give the website a new look. We wanted to make it faster and easier for educators, engineers, makers, and longtime Parallax customers to find what they need. Here are some of the biggest improvements:

• Faster access to the products you use most. Propeller chips, robot kits, micro modules, class packs, sensors, and other key Parallax products are much easier to reach from the main menus.
• Nearly 30 years of downloads in one searchable location. Visit downloads.parallax.com for documentation and files organized around Parallax stock codes — including current, legacy, and discontinued products.
• An improved Propeller OBEX. We’ve added P2 Quick Bytes and several new drivers at obex.parallax.com.
• A faster, simpler ordering system. The new site supports more payment options, simplifies customer accounts and logins, and provides a much more modern checkout experience.
• Better integration with our internal business systems. Orders move more cleanly through our systems, helping us process and support them more efficiently. It also gives us a stronger foundation for expanding our micro SHOP and our role as a Channel Partner for the Micro Educational Foundation.

Our recently updated learning site at learn.parallax.com remains unchanged.

I’m sure the new website isn’t perfect. If something is difficult to find, doesn’t make sense, or you simply think we could do it better, please tell us. We want to hear from you.
