The Overlook Project is coming to life!

The outside is starting to take shape, the front door is set, and every new detail is making this home feel more and more real.

And oh hello, these beams… that stain color is perfection. 🙌 So many beautiful details are starting to come together!!

Next up: installing the T&G on the living room ceilings, hardwood flooring, and tile.

The Overlook Project Progress

Site visit this morning and the view never gets old. From inside the home to the covered deck, every window feels like a picture frame showcasing the beauty of nature.

The architect knew exactly how to design this home to truly bring the outdoors in — filling the spaces with natural light and capturing the views from every angle. It’s one of those homes where the scenery becomes part of the design itself.

Back on site with the rough-in team for The Overlook Project! During our site meeting, we mapped out outlets, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, cabinets, switches, appliances, venting… all the behind-the-walls details that make everything work. Excited to see this one come together!
