From Take Your Child to Work Day to Part of the Lanzen Team!
Back in 2022, Ben joined us for Take Your Child to Work Day, eager to learn, explore, and get a firsthand look at the world of manufacturing. From climbing into a truck and touring our facility to seeing how things are made, it was clear he was excited about the experience. Fast forward to 2026, and we're excited to welcome Ben back—this time as a member of the Lanzen, Inc. family! Ben has joined us this summer as a part-time employee, and we couldn't be happier to see him take this next step. It's always rewarding to watch young people grow, gain confidence, and turn early exposure into real-world opportunities. Today, we proudly honor two enduring symbols of our nation, the American Flag and the brave men and women of the United States Army. The Stars and Stripes represent the freedoms, values, and opportunities that define America. The soldiers who have served under that flag embody the courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment that protect those freedoms every day. On this Flag Day, we celebrate Old Glory as a symbol of our nation's strength and unity. We also recognize the legacy of the U.S. Army, whose generations of soldiers have answered the call to serve with honor, defending our country at home and abroad for more than 250 years. Let us take a moment to reflect on the sacrifices made by those who wore the uniform and to express our gratitude to the service members, veterans, and military families who continue to strengthen our communities and our nation. May we always remember that the freedom represented by our flag has been preserved through the dedication, resilience, and service of America's soldiers.

Pathways to Success – Romeo High School Graduate Spotlight 🎓
Brendan Furnari, a proud Romeo High School Class of 2022 graduate, has built an impressive foundation for a successful career in supply chain management through hard work, determination, and a commitment to continuous learning. Brendan began his journey at Lanzen, Inc. while still in high school, starting at the front desk. His strong work ethic and eagerness to learn quickly earned him the opportunity to move into a Supply Chain Intern role. After graduating from Romeo High School, Brendan attended Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management with a perfect 4.0 GPA, along with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Along the way, Brendan gained experience with industry-leading organizations including Lanzen, Fairlife, and Procter & Gamble. Today, he serves as a Transportation Operations Leader at Procter & Gamble, where he continues to develop innovative and efficient supply chain solutions. Driven by curiosity, collaboration, and a passion for continuous improvement, Brendan exemplifies how classroom learning, real-world experience, and perseverance can create outstanding career opportunities.
