Frayji Design Group is proud to play a key role in the Oakbrook Drive and Nelson Lane Improvements, and we were excited to celebrate this important milestone at the project’s groundbreaking!

This project marks the beginning of an exciting transformation at a key location in the City of Lincoln. These improvements will connect existing residential neighborhoods to downtown Lincoln via Third Street, provide residents with improved access to Highway 65, and pave the way for future commercial development.

Serving the future West Lincoln Square, Gill Commercial, Gill Residential, and Wildwood Phase 2 by Pulte Group, this project represents an important investment in Lincoln’s future. Beyond improving connectivity, it will help bring new shopping and dining opportunities to the community, support local businesses, and generate valuable sales tax revenue for the City.

A special thank you to Mayor Richard Pearl and City Manager Sean Scully for joining us and speaking about the significance of this project, and to Marques and the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce for their help in making the groundbreaking event a success!

Frayji Design Group was proud to celebrate the groundbreaking for the Oak Tree Lane & Leavell Ranch Road Improvements!

Phase 1 includes improvements to Ferrari Ranch Road and Oak Tree Lane, along with construction of a new 30-inch water line connecting to the tank and replacing the failing 20-inch line south of the development.

Thank you to JMC, the Leavell Family, the City of Lincoln, and Teichert for your collaboration in bringing this project to life, and to the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce for helping make the groundbreaking event a success.

We look forward to seeing these improvements pave the way for the future Leavell Ranch residential development and support Lincoln’s continued growth.

Frayji Design Group is proud to give back! ⛳💙

We were happy to contribute donations to the City of Lincoln’s Mayor’s Cup Challenge and the Beazer Homes Golf Tournament, supporting two meaningful causes.

The Mayor’s Cup benefits Lincoln’s youth recreation programs, including aquatics, sports, classes, after-school care, and camps. The Beazer Homes tournament benefits Fisher House Foundation, which provides free lodging for military and veteran families while a loved one receives hospital care.

Thank you to the organizers and participants for bringing these events to life. We’re grateful for the opportunity to contribute!

We had such an incredible time supporting the Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Golf Tournament as a Birdie Sponsor this year! ⛳️
