Meet Jacob 👋

Jacob serves as project manager for our Roofing Division and has been part of Heard Construction for the past nine months.

From the initial inspection to completion, Jacob oversees every roofing project, coordinating crews, materials, and schedules to ensure each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Drawing on his previous experience as an insurance adjuster, Jacob also works closely with homeowners, suppliers, and insurance representatives to streamline communication and guide clients through the roofing process.

Meet Tracy 👋

Tracy is the project manager for our custom homes division. She joined the company in 2022 after retiring from the Army National Guard with an incredible 39 years of service, including 20 years of active duty and 19 years as an M-Day soldier.

After Heard Construction built her home in 2016, owner Richard Heard joked that he planned to hire her after retirement. A few years later, that joke became reality. Richard knew Tracy’s attention to detail and customer focus made her the perfect fit for the team.
