We’re proud to announce that our CEO, Lugenia Whiteside, has successfully completed the 9-week intensive program with the Turner School of Construction Management in the Bay Area!

This program is known for building real-world knowledge, leadership skills, and strong industry connections—and she showed up, stayed committed, and finished strong 💪

But that’s not all 👇

She also graduated from the Caltrans Business Development Program, in partnership with MWS & Associates—continuing to build her expertise in public works, contracting, and business growth.

Through these programs, she gained:
