Training and growth continue to be a priority at Pumford!

Yesterday, we welcomed representatives from the MCA to share their knowledge with our project management team. We discussed standards for proper concrete placement, industry best practices, and difficulties/solutions for using type 1L concrete. This was a great way for our team to collaborate and learn to better serve our customer base.

Pumford is looking for an experienced CDL-A driver, preferably with lowboy experience, to join our team. This position requires a current CDL-A license. All trucking is in lower Michigan and overnights are not required.

The annual Build-Like-A-Girl event last week was a huge success!! It is exciting to see events like these grow every year and bring more interest in the trades to the next generation!

This year, we were able to bring 3 different trade demos to life with masonry, concrete, and drywall stations. It was a great way to showcase the many different types of work tradespeople encounter on our projects and all the career path options available in trades work.

Special thank you to Pumford employees Adrianna, Jack, and Adam for attending the event and showcasing your trades with us. You made these displays come to life and interactive for everyone who stopped by!
