🏗️ Before ➝ After | Former Save A Lot building in Salem

We installed new insulation board and a fully adhered 60-mil fleece-back TPO membrane to improve durability and efficiency. We also handled interior spray foam work to seal up multiple areas throughout the building. ✅

Big thanks to Chad Eagan and the guys at Air Apply for the opportunity and for being great to work with. We appreciate the trust and wish them nothing but success in their new space.

🔥 Take a look at our latest project in Centralia! 🔥

Our crew just wrapped up the spray foam roof restoration at Tammy’s Hallway. This system includes 1½ inches of closed-cell foam and two layers of protective topcoat, providing a seamless, watertight, and energy-efficient finish built to last for decades.

Getting started this week on The EPOC Experience building here in Salem! 🏋️‍♂️

Our crew has been making great progress resurfacing the roof with ½” high-density foam board and a mechanically attached 60-mil TPO membrane. Once completed this system will carry a 20-year warranty.

We’ve had the chance to work with them on several projects over the years, and this round we handled it all. From new shingles, New TPO membrane, and a spray foam and coating system on the gym after hail and wind damage.
