Christian started with Coastal Comfort as an apprentice right after high school, and this month he’s celebrating his third anniversary with the company. Over the past three years, he has quickly learned the trade and become an important part of both our service and installation teams.

You may have even seen Christian starring in some of our commercials! We’re proud to have him on our team and excited to watch his continued growth and success.

In May, we celebrated several important milestones within our team, including Dave’s 15-year anniversary with Coastal Comfort. Over the years, Dave has become an invaluable member of our installation team, consistently demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and expertise. His strong work ethic and commitment to quality have earned the respect of both his coworkers and our customers. We are incredibly grateful for Dave’s dedication and proud to celebrate this milestone with him.

Congratulations to Weylyn!

Weylyn, a graduating senior, participated in Wicomico County Public Schools CTE (Career & Technical Education) Signing Day where he is taking his knowledge and skills acquired through the HVAC CTE program straight to a full time position.

Weylyn worked as an apprentice with our team last year and we are thrilled to have him back full time to continue learning the trade and he is well on his way to a successful career!

Weylyn is one of 3 graduating seniors we have hired from local public school HVAC CTE programs.

We are excited to be a part of their future success in the HVAC field!

Recently, our technician Antoine was diagnosed with cancer and is in the hospital.

Despite everything he’s facing, he continues to show up with strength, positivity, and humor.

At 32 years old, he has so much life ahead of him, and we’re all standing with him as he fights this battle.

Antoine isn’t just an employee we consider him family as for the past 9 years, he’s been an incredible part of our team. His smile, his sarcasm, and his ability to light up any room have made a lasting impact on all of us. Many of you, our supporters, often request him for service and have developed a relationship with him as your preferred technician.

With his permission, we are sharing this donation link in hopes of helping ease some of the financial burden and stress that comes with being out of work for an extended period.
