Heat waves bring out the "you need a whole new system" quotes. Sometimes that's true. But a repairable problem should not be dressed up as a full-system replacement. If another company told you your AC is done, get a second opinion before you sign — if it can be repaired, we'll tell you, and we'll quote the fix. If it really is done, we'll put a firm number in writing with a free 5-year labor warranty behind it.

Three free ways to help your AC survive this stretch of heat:
1. Check the filter. A clogged filter restricts airflow when the system is already working hard.
2. Hose off the outdoor unit (gently, power off). Cottonwood fluff and dust choke the coil right when it's working hardest.
3. Don't chase the thermostat. Setting it to 65 won't cool faster — it just runs the system into the ground.
If it's still struggling after all three, that's when you call us.
