We’re Hiring: US Field Safety Coordinator!
Join our team as a US Field Safety Coordinator and play a critical role in protecting people, operations, and the environment across diverse worksites throughout the western United States.
This is a field-based, salary-exempt position offering the opportunity to work in dynamic outdoor environments across multiple states, including Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Arizona, Wyoming, Montana, and Colorado. What You’ll Do
Lead safety initiatives by planning, implementing, and coordinating programs to prevent workplace hazards
Investigate incidents, injuries, and occupational illnesses to identify root causes and drive corrective actions
Conduct inspections of facilities, job sites, and equipment to ensure compliance with MSHA, OSHA, and DOT regulations
Deliver safety training and provide guidance to employees and leadership on best practices
Analyze safety data and recommend improvements to reduce risk exposure
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external organizations to strengthen safety culture and incident response
What You Bring
Strong understanding of safety regulations and industrial processes
Ability to work independently in remote and rugged conditions
Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
1–2 years of related experience (preferred)
MSHA, OSHA, and/or DOT knowledge required; instructor certifications are a plus
This role requires frequent travel, including accessing remote sites by various modes of transportation and working in a wide range of weather and terrain conditions.
