"If you’re looking for an exceptional experience, this is the company to choose. Look no further. Tim , The owner explains and gives you options as to which units will fit in your home.. He was prompt, professional, and courteous. Answered all my questions. Left me with three quotes to ponder. No pressure salesman. The installation team Vic, Damian, Keyshawn, and Kayden were very professional. They did an excellent job. The work site was cleaned every night.. They also answered any questions that I had and explained what they were doing. They went the extra mile and stayed and worked late in order to complete the job in a timely fashion.. I am super happy with their workmanship. The system came on at the first try after installation. Crystal in the office, provided details and completed all the paperwork in a timely fashion. She also provided me the information I needed to submit to CPS for the rebate.. she was always courteous always took the extra time to answer question and provide paperwork with record speed and turnaround. You ask and she sentds through email. She made things so easy. Tim, the owner has a Well run organization from start to finish. I highly recommend this company!!!"

Are you a home owner looking to upgrade your HVAC system in the next couple of months?

Some BIG changes are coming to the HVAC industry which will ultimately affect you.

Right now, the refrigerant being widely used is R410a.

Next year (January 1, 2025) we will be switching to either R32 or R454b. (A2L refrigerants with a lower global warming potential than R410A)

While we will still be able to service a R410a system, finding complete systems will be an issue.

We are already seeing issues with inventory.

Spring is here and the weather will be heating up soon.

We have been seeing unbelievable prices for new AC units in our news feed; prices lower than 30 years ago. This is classic bait and switch.

Before you contract with someone for a replacement system based upon the price, be sure you:

1) Identify how long they have been in business in the area and where they operate from; a brick and mortar or online only

2) Verify they are licensed with The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation

3) Check BBB and Google for reviews and see how they respond

4) Ask to see a copy of their insurance - just in case something goes wrong during the installation
