America turns 250 this year, and behind every one of those years are the people who built it. The welders, fitters, ironworkers, machinists, electricians, operators, and crews who show up before the sun does, put their hands on the work, and take pride in getting it right.
At SCS, our people are the whole thing. They self-perform the structural and mechanical, civil and concrete, mining maintenance, electrical, machining, and fabrication and welding work that keeps American industry running. Power plants, manufacturing, mining, cement, metals, energy. None of it runs without the men and women who build and maintain it, and ours are some of the best in the trade.
Freedom 250 is more than a look back. It’s a reminder that this country gets built by real people, one job at a time, and that story is far from over. For 250 years Americans have raised the plants, run the power, made the metal, and moved this nation forward. The next 250 are being built right now, on the steel, in the shops, and out in the field, by crews exactly like ours.
To every tradesperson, crew member, and partner who helps build this country, thank you. You are the backbone of it. Happy 250th, America, and happy Fourth of July from all of us at SCS, enjoy it with the people you love! 🇺🇸🦅
