We’re excited to share progress on our Lincoln Beach project.  With framing well underway, the project is on track to reach a major milestone, topping out by the end of this month. This achievement marks an important step forward as the structure takes shape!
 
This development for will bring much needed affordable housing to the Anaheim area, helping create a safe, supportive, and vibrant place for residents to call home.

We’re excited to share an update on the Armory Collective Project in Long Beach for LINC Housing.

Just a few months after breaking ground, the project is already moving full steam ahead, with foundation pours underway; a major milestone that brings this transformative development closer to reality.

This adaptive reuse project will breathe new life into a former Armory building while creating much-needed affordable senior housing in Long Beach’s East Village Arts District.

It’s an honor to partner with on a project that not only preserves history but also helps build a stronger future for the Long Beach community.

We’re proud to celebrate the final completion of Walnut Park Apartments in partnership with Hollywood Community Housing! This beautiful 64-unit affordable housing development in Walnut Park features two 4-story buildings, a shared courtyard, community spaces, and supportive service offices.

We’re honored to have been part of Jordan Downs Phase S4, a key milestone in the long-term revitalization of the Watts neighborhood in Los Angeles.

This phase delivered 90 new apartments across two 4-story buildings, offering a mix of replacement public housing, affordable units, and supportive homes for families and individuals. Built with community in mind.
