Webb carried a perfect game into the sixth inning and a no-hitter into the seventh, ultimately delivering seven shutout innings in a 1-0 Giants win over the Milwaukee Brewers, his best start of the 2026 season by a wide margin. A Winning Habit

Vintage Webb.
Fun might be an understatement. Webb was making just his second start back from the IL after missing over three weeks with bursitis in his right knee, and he looked like a completely different pitcher from the one sporting a 4.82 ERA when the night began. The sinker was sharp. The command was elite. And the Brewers, one of the hottest teams in baseball, never had a chance.
"There's a lot of voices going on in my head and I was like, 'You have a no-hitter. You have a no-hitter,'" Webb said with a laugh. "I know there's like a jinx thing, but I'm going to blame Tony, because he did call down right before I gave up the hit."
The Giants are 24-38 and desperately need more nights like this. Logan Webb, two-time All-Star, Gold Glove winner, Cy Young candidate, just reminded everyone what he looks like when he's fully healthy and locked in.
The ace is back. Now let's see if the Giants can give him some run support to work with.
