🌟 Celebrating Unity, Virtue & Community at the Bengaluru Bal Mela 🌟
Epoch was privileged to support the Bal Mela, a children’s festival held at a public primary school in Bengaluru that brought together children from weekly moral classes and their parents for a meaningful day of learning, joy, and community spirit. With over 140 attendees, the event reflected our commitment to provide an environment of learning in conjunction with material and spiritual growth.
The morning began with prayers, setting a serene and uplifting tone for the day. Children then took center stage with songs, skits, and thoughtful reflections on virtues such as truthfulness, kindness, cooperation, and respect. Their enthusiasm and confidence were heartwarming, a testament to the progress made through consistent value-based learning sessions.
During the event, the Principal of the host school spoke about the importance of cultivating virtues from an early age. The message emphasized that education must extend beyond academics, highlighting the role society plays in nurturing moral qualities in children. Parents expressed pride and joy in witnessing their children’s growth in character. Engaging games, creative art activities, and refreshments added to the cheerful and vibrant atmosphere, making the day memorable for all.
A heartfelt thank-you to the dedicated volunteers, parents, and teachers whose commitment and teamwork made this event possible, from community outreach to thoughtful program coordination. Their sincerity gave the day its true spirit.
