Compensation
Starting at $40.00/hr+. Starting rate may be adjusted based on experience.

Trade Skills & Experience Required:
• Construction Industry Experience: 10+ years
•Must be able to read/understand construction plans and execute layout and construction of framing.
•Ability to work with and lead others
•Ability to adapt to changing work environments and skilled needs of each aspect of construction.
• General Residential Construction Experience Including the Following:
• Framing, layout to finish. Ability to lead others to assist with completion.
• Installation of windows and doors
• Working knowledge of basic residential plumbing and electrical
• Light Residential Demolition
• Drywall repairs, installation and finish for paint.
• All levels of trim/millwork installation including pre-finished moldings, crown, base, and doors.

We specialize in decks, outdoor living spaces, home additions and new construction, as well as remodels and replacement doors/windows.
Additional Qualifications:
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
(Ability to speak and understand Spanish is a plus.)
• Be able to lift 50 lbs.
•Provide resume and/or portfolio of work completed independently or while leading a crew.
