Gregori Construction is hiring a Class A Commercial Truck Driver for our Northern Division Construction Group. Candidates should have experience driving and should be comfortable hauling heavy permit loads. Candidates should also have a clean driving record and be willing to submit to a background check and pass a drug test.

TRUCK DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Pre-Trip Inspections:
➢ Make sure load is secure and safe for travel.
➢ Do you need permits? Do you have the jobsite address?
➢ Make sure your logbook is up to date and ready for the day.
• Loading and Unloading:
➢ Check equipment to make sure there is fuel in it.
➢ During regular business hours, you are responsible for loading and unloading or
helping the yard crew as needed.
➢ If you get back to the yard late unloading can wait until morning unless the truck and trailer are going back out prior to the start of business hours.
• Upon returning to the yard:
➢ Fill truck with fuel.
➢ Fill equipment with fuel.
➢ Check lights, tires, washer fluid, etc. If repairs are needed beyond your ability,
write up a work order, make sure Jon and Tom know the problem ASAP.
• Condition of vehicle is your responsibility:
➢ Cleanliness (inside and out), clean out any garbage, any receipts need to go to
the office, sweep out any dirt and mud, keep windows clean.
➢ Trailers need to be swept off of any excess dirt and mud.
➢ Chains, binders, straps, etc. need to be neatly put away.
➢ A wash bay is available. Trucks should be washed at least twice a month.
*Qualifications are dependent upon position requirements. Gregori Construction Inc. will determine suitable qualifications for a successful candidate. All relevant training shall be documented and retained by Gregori Construction Inc. for the duration of employment.
Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to operate a computer keyboard. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
