As 2025 comes to a close, we’re proud to look back on a year of big milestones and even bigger momentum. From completing Cross Street Condos, single-family homes, and commercial projects across southern Maine, this year was all about doing what we love.

We moved a lot of dirt, tackled complex builds, and continued doing what we do best: building with purpose and pride.

Looking ahead, 2026 is shaping up to be even bigger with the completion of Trestle Way, the start of The Breakaway, Windham Village, and more projects already in motion. We couldn’t do it without our team, loyal subcontractors and vendors.
