"How long is this actually going to take?"

For a simple 20x24 garage like this one, the honest answer is more nuanced than a single number.

Here's the real timeline:

✔ Main structure framed and enclosed → done in under 2 days once materials are on site
✔ 4x6 poles at 8 ft on center, standard trusses at a 4/12 pitch → a simple design with nothing extra slowing down the frame
✔ 4000 PSI concrete floor with fiber mesh and expansion joints → poured on its own schedule, separate from the framing crew's timeline
✔ 12'x9' overhead door → installed after the shell is up, on the door installer's own schedule
