Goodness...we did it again. Took another historic home down to the studs and gonna add on about 1400 sqft that will be hosting a two-car garage, master suite, additional living space, third bathroom and mud room! We went from a 3 bedroom two bath to a four bedroom three bath with a two-car garage!

We turned the corner on this beauty. Getting into position to fire up round 2 for the interior finish out! 45x30 garage...

We took this 1970's ranch style home to a whole new level. We removed those load bearing walls for an open concept floor plan, shrank down the oversized master bedroom to incorporate a new larger walk-in closet and master bath and then took some dead space between the kitchen and utility room to frame up a nice entry mud room! We created a sleek modern ranch style home with clean lines and a light and airy feel with timeless neutral colors and natural tone hickory floory.

We've been demoing this one down... Doing a little tractor work removing the old slab and piers that held up the old add-on! Getting in position to add on 1400 square foot to the back that will host a master ensuite, mud/utility room, full bathroom and two car garage making this historic home a four bedroom three bath two car garage once complete.

Swanky "lil" job we've been rolling on out in Post Oak! We've repaired some exterior cornice and painted to match, complete interior paint job with Sherwin-Williams Dover White, installed a new kitchen window and back patio door along with finishing out the bonus room upstairs.

Slab is poured and framing has begun. We've added another hybrid to the workload... Half new construction and half reno...
