People see the building now and assume it is NEW.
Cute.

Back in 2014, Bill Mair Heating & Air started from our home with a couple of trucks and a lot of determination.

In 2021, we bought an older building.
And by “older building,” we mean it had strong “please don’t judge me by my exterior” energy.

Most people would’ve driven by and looked past the ole girl.
We saw potential.

So, we cleaned it up, remodeled it, painted it, new roof, paved the drive way and the road, new fencing, new yard, landscaped it, lit it up, and slowly turned the ugly duckling into something people now stop to ask about:

“Is this a new building?”
“What paint color is that?”
“Wait… this used to look like THAT?”

Nope. It hasn’t always been rainbows around here.
(Although apparently sometimes it literally is 🌈)

And we’re not done yet — next up is a custom-built shop and office on the lot out front.

Turns out if you keep showing up, keep improving, and care about the details… people notice.

WHAT DOES YOUR BLOW DRYER FILTER 🤝 HAVE IN COMMON WITH YOUR HVAC FILTER (yes… your blow dryer has one too)
You clean the fuzzy little lint monster out of your blow dryer because:

it overheats
stops working right
starts sounding possessed
