Matt Gabrielse has resigned from his role as president and CEO of Gabe's Construction Co. and Justin Zylstra was named president and CEO.

When overhead permits were denied, the owner had to expedite the schedule to meet the deadline set by the generation developer. They realized early contractor involvement paired with awarding both design and construction to a single entity was best way to compress the schedule, manage and mitigate the risk. Gabe's delivered the concept to completion sub-surface transmission solution via HDD, in partnership with our good friends at Brierley Associates Corporation!

Key deliverables included
✅ HDD design, sub surface characterization, pull back calculations,
✅ Inadvertent release analysis, hoop stress calculations.
✅ Construction of the 2,174 ft HDD with gyroscopic steering (thanks Inrock!) and 36” final ream under a delineated wetland.
✅ Fusing, de-beading and post-pullback dewatering and camera conduit inspection of the (4)-8” conduits and (3)-4” conduits.
✅ Absolute compliance with EAGLE permitting requirements.
